HMR Advantage Health Systems was founded in July 1993 as Health Management Resources, Inc., to own and operate long-term care centers. Beginning with six facilities and 601 beds, the company has grown to twenty-one living centers and 1,618 beds, with services expanding to include specialized rehab care and hospice care.

Management stability and staff longevity at our living centers is critical to our long-term success.
